        Charlene at the front desk is hands down THE BEST hospitality industry representative I have EVER encountered and Hampton Inn/Hilton should be thankful for her service. She took a bad situation I had at a competing property across the street (I don't even know why I tried Choice Hotels) and turned it into a lifesaver for my wife and I as we were traveling and it was late. Charlene and this particular Hampton property had now made me an EXCLUSIVE Hilton guest. I will NEVER again stay elsewhere. Just booked another stay at at Hampton in Hershey PA. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience and stay and thank you Charlene for being an angel.

        This was a great hotel, our receptionist was amazing and upgraded us immediately and let us borrow an hdmi cable when we needed one, the breakfast was perfect Rooms: Amazing rooms Nearby activities: Not much to do nearby Safety: Very safe Walkability: Not walkable nearby Food & drinks: A bit to eat nearby, good breakfast Noteworthy details: Very good rooms and service
