Bower Heating & Air Conditioning

I have never been so disappointed in a transaction in my entire duration of being a consumer. I had a brand new system installed in 2021 by Bower. Immediately, I asked them to come fix issues that existed. After several visits and thousands of dollars invested, no one was able to remedy any issues I was having. I have continued to have issues with the system year after year. Unfortunately, I grew tired of having them come back again and again to no avail. Be very wary about making the investment of buying an AC system with this company.

I sent in a request via the online form and Ken called me back very soon after to schedule an appointment for the next day! I know I got lucky but its worth mentioning! Andrew came out first thing in the morning and assessed and fixed the issue. He was kind and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he explained to me what was actually wrong and eased my anxiety about it. Heck, even my dog liked him!

Andrew, the tech for my biannual HVAC inspection, is one of the reasons Ill continue using Bower as my HVAC company. He was able to answer my many questions while efficiently and thoroughly inspecting both systems. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and great with homeowners. Bower Heating and Air doesnt try to upsell, in fact they have been very transparent regarding the best way to keep things running efficiently. Bower has always put the customers needs first in my experience; they understand and respect the customers point of view. Highly recommended.
