        Had a 3:30 appointment with Brad. Gave him until 3:45 in case he was running behind. Called his cell to just confirm, he advised he was on his way and would be here in 20 minutes. 4:30, still not here. Called him back and told him not to worry about it as I had things to do, as he replied that works. So I guess an attic and basement is probably too much for this guy to quote, and clearly too busy to earn. The work has to be done, it just wont be Kents.
