      image I contacted AAA at 12:54 pm as I needed to have my car towed in Roanoke, Virginia. I was initially told the towing company would arrive by 2:20 pm. I was waiting with my car and at 2:32 I was told it could be as late as 4:30. They told me they had to change towing companies. Later they had to change companies again and it was not until 5:40 pm when the third company's driver arrived. Shannon with Fetch Towing out of Rocky Mount did a fantastic job and had my vehicle towed and I was on my way in well under an hour. Terrible customer service. I asked to speak to a supervisor and now 24 hours later I still havent heard back from anyone.
