Will and Jason at Guaranteed Rate are second to none! My wife and I were first time home buyers with a million questions. Will had an answer for every single one, and most times he had that answer in less than ten minutes. They were courteous and informative. Will, Jason, and the entire team at Guaranteed Rate are second to none when it comes to professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness. I used them as my mortgage broker on my previous home buy, about 5 years ago, and did not hesitate at all in contacting them for my newest purchase. I don't think I've ever gone more than ten or fifteen minutes after sending an email or a text message that someone hasn't responded to me. They are knowledgeable and will work diligently to find and lock-in your best interest rate. They made the entire process incredibly smooth and easy! I have bought and sold many houses over the years, and have used other companies, before I was referred to them. I'm so glad I found them. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
