        Unfortunately, the service was bad. They broke the engine oil pan by changing the tension bolt to a larger size. The next morning, I saw an oil stain on the ground in front of my house, so I went to an oil change center and complained to them about it, and after about half an hour an official came to me. The department told me that I might have collided with something from under the car, causing the oil cap to become dented, and that he tried to prevent the leak with iron putty, but he failed, and the oil pan must be replaced with a new piece, but the mechanic told me after the examination that the cause of the damage and dirt was a larger plug, which led to a crack. The vessel was damaged, I will not return to this center again, because they evaded responsibility and lied about the damage, so now the leak is still there, and I will buy a new part and install it at the mechanic.

        Ive been driving for 11 years and have never taken my own car for servicing. Today, I decided to change that and take my car to Valvoline for an oil change. Now, I feel silly for ever not wanting to. The experience was quick and easy and the staff I encountered were friendly. I didnt feel like I was being pushed to buy additional things or made to feel dumb. I will definitely feel confident to return by myself in the future.
