We were in fact closed on Monday 1/1/24 and Tuesday 1/2/24 but other than that we haven't been closed on a Tuesday since New Years Day of 2019. We have had a problem on Google to where we randomly get listed as CLOSED on Tuesdays and Wednesdays when in fact we were OPEN. We try to keep an eye on the Google listing but occasionally it gets changed without us knowing. As far as after Christmas, we have never, in 33 years of being open, closed for a week at a time, especially the last week of the year as it is the busiest week of the year for us. Actually there is 1 exception to this...we were closed in 2012 for 11 days after the Derecho knocked out the power to our shopping center. We are sorry if we weren't open when you stopped by. Other than the rare occurrence where we close due to weather, we are closed only on Sundays, New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. This year we OPENED on Sunday 12/31/23 because it was News Years Eve and we OPENED on Sunday 2/12/24 because it was Superbowl Sunday.

Thank you for your kind review! We try to accommodate EVERY balloon request even though we have to, from time to time, alter what it is asked of us simply because it isn't feasible. We understand a customer would like 500 balloons for their party, but the fact that they are driving a 2 door coupe prevents that from happening...lol.Thanks again for your stellar review!
