Just needed wax ring replaced on toilet. It's hard to find people who are willing to do such small jobs these days. Called on Monday and they came on Wednesday. Chad and Randy got right to work and were finished in about 15 minutes. They were friendly and professional and we would definitely use them again.

There plumbers came out twice for one problem to replace a corroded pipe and replace with plastic pipe. They suppose to call back to set up an appointment which they did not do after several weeks I contacted an independent plumber This ended up being a small job that cost $175.

We requested a furnace cleaning and maintenance call. 2 younger men came and said we needed a nozzle. They left to go get the part and came back to install it. Afterwards the furnace would not come on and we were told it was completely broken. They said they would look up the price of a new heating system when they got back to the office.That never happened. I called them back and was told no one makes oil furnaces any more. This company has very poor communication with customers. I had to call them multiple times. I was charged $140.00 for 20 minutes of work. I later found out that that new oil furnace systems are available. My furnace just needed a cleaning and works fine. We were overcharged and this company is not knowledgeable. They are not very friendly.
