Excellent with helping us move in. Everything was easygoing, we love are apartment. Mike is easy to contact if anything is needed very respectful & responsive. It was smooth sailing getting in & situated. We do appreciate this opportunity too lease with him.

It appears that they maintain their properties but I couldnt rent from them when they have a proposed lease agreement that states, in my view quite clearly, that both they and the landlord are absolved of liability for negligence, even though I as the tenant wouldnt be absolved of liability, even if for something not caused by my negligence. They said thats the standard national association of realtors lease document for Virginia. If such is the case thats definitely a problem. I dont know why someone would need to have a lease agreement that would absolve them of liability for negligence but holds me responsible for claims that may not even include negligence. There were a number of other proposed terms which in my view would be quite unfair. They claim in defense that this boiler plate agreement is something intended to be fair to both sides when its a document written by realtors for realtors and their defense almost seems to assert that they are obligated to use the boilerplate.
