would give this company zero stars if I could. I would not do business with this company, they will give you the run around and string you along(did not help me with a lease option on my property in the least). Over the coarse of 2 weeks, after the initial call I had with Chad- Chad would not respond to me and gave very lame excuses as to why he hadn't returned my calls. He said he did due to his inlaws being in town and other times he just talked about how busy he was with his many companies. None of which appear to be BBB accredited. Long story short Chad's companies, Corbett Real Estate advisors, RE Solutions, and Porfolio properties over promise and over deliver. Chad is not straight with his clients and has been downright deceptive. the only way I actually got in touch with someone, was when I left a frustrated vm on Chads phone. he then said a van Renick would call me. got one call then and he left a message saying he had forgotten to call. Was not buying that excuse and felt as though they were trying to cheat me out of money. After a while I just terminated the call with Van, found a more reputable company to do busy with. Van stated that Chad didn't have time to help me with a lease-option on my property- he could have let me know this on the 1st call. Don't be fooled by Chad his company is just smoke and mirrors, and they have no intention of helping their clients. Will tell everyone I know not to do business with Chad Corbett. the mans businesses are a joke.
