Cave Spring Corners

Was in the store 11/14/21 and one if the kroger picklisters was so rude!!! We were shopping in the produce and she kept going in and out around us like we were in her way rolling her eyes and just standing staring at us until we moved. Is this what it's like now? Way to go Kroger you're hiring top notch employees. I guess you take what you can get this day and age.

Worst Kroger in Roanoke. I put in for pickup order. I then had to wait 35 minutes for one bag with three items in it. I went 18 miles out of my way to get a item my normal Kroger doesn't carry along with my other groceries. If I had known they only had 3 items I would have left. When I told manager my Kroger texts to let me know they are out he replied then that should be where you go. I stated it will be!! Hollins employees need a raise. This Kroger needs management.

We have tried pick-up orders multiple times now and received phone calls that it would be 3 hours later than our original pick up time. We placed our orders 24 hours in advance and do not receive notification until afternoon the next day. We will no longer place pickup orders at this location. We've also had incorrect items replaced without notification.

Nice Krogers. Great wine selection. Great cheese selection in the deli. Staff is nice.
