Darran at Liberty Tax is the one to trust as he is the only person i let touch my tax preparation. Great communication, clean atmosphere and speedy job every single time. Thank you for such a professional business and charming staff.

These crooks are overpriced, overrated, and totally unprofessional. They lost this customer's business because of the unnecessarily rude treatment, over the phone, of my significant other! If I can't trust them to be professional and courteous over the telephone, THEY, FOR DAMNED SURE, AIN'T GONNA BE CONDUCTING ANY BUSINESS FOR ME! A LITTLE UNEARNED, BUT SMART TIP FOR THE STAFF: A little bit of professional and courteous customer service goes a long way! ANY professor at ANY business school will tell you, BAD BEHAVIOR BY THE STAFF= BUSINESS GOING ELSEWHERE! If enough customers go elsewhere, who you gonna LIE, CHEAT, and SWINDLE? Also, in this day, if a person wants to pay out those prices for someone to verbally abuse them: IT'S MORE FUN TO VISIT A DOMINATRIX!

It's a shame that the Google reviews that were left, were made up names/people This office is lame. I do NOT suggest nor recommend this place. The staff don't seem to know much about taxes. When asked a question, a rep started out with"oh, ummm, ummm,' this makes it obvious that she DOES NOT know what she is doing. I'll pass and it's cheaper to file online any way.
