        They have good prices and I haven't had any problems with the product. Their website says they open at 10am, I showed up at 10:30am and the sign on the door says 11am. I brought this up to the proprietor the last time I was here, 8 months ago. I had forgotten about it, I drive 35min to get here and now will have to wait another 30min to get my ink

        Person was knowledgeable about what I needed but when I wanted to return the unopened, unused items still sealed in the packaging four days later I was assessed a 15% restocking fee. This assures I will never buy from them again even though I live nearby.

        Not only have I saved money on getting my HP cartridges refilled, but Nash has been very helpful in giving me advice OVER THE PHONE about issues I've been having with my printer. His knowledge and expertise helped me to get back to printing in a rapid manner. Cartridge World knows their stuff. I appreciate doing business with them. Thank you!
