Barely There Electrolysis

After nearly a year of working with Stacey at Barely There Electrolysis I can say I have had an absolutely excellent experience! She is extraordinarily professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, in a very welcoming and inclusive environment. I would highly recommend her services to anyone interested!

Messaged on their facebook page and asked a simple yes or no question. I was left on read with no response. Not very professional at all. The kind of thing I expect from an ex boyfriend, not a business. I'll just keep driving to Richmond, I guess.

I was initially hopeful after the first visit when she provided what seemed like good tips for minimizing discomfort during future visits & we scheduled a number of recurring weekly visits. I had to cancel some appointments due to my work schedule (provided plenty of notification) after which she cancelled the rest of the visits without explanation. I had to send multiple emails asking why the appointments were cancelled. The only response I received was that she had "concerns" about the treatment plan. When I asked via email what those concerns were I received no response. When we scheduled a call to discuss this she never called and wouldn't answer the phone. Very unprofessional.

I am convinced that Stacey is the only person in this world that can make electrolysis enjoyable; I genuinely look forward to our conversations every other week. She is also very professional, kind, gentle, and accepting/supportive of marginalized peoples. I could not recommend Barely There more.
