CVS Pharmacy

There was a rude pharmacist named Michael Nkongho who thought it was okay to be rude to customers who dont really speak English well instead of helping them.

Its been almost 4 years Im going to that CVS for my prescriptions, vaccineseven when I moved to a different area, because the service was good and the staff very nice. Today I called to check a prescription, the pharmacist was rude over the phone, I called to ask when to pick up the medication, he answered in a rude tone Ive just received it from your doctor I was surprised, and like yes I know, Im asking when can I come.. I went after one hour and he told me he has only 3/4 ready, I asked which one on the list he doesnt have.. he didnt give me time.. I was checking them by myself on the list the doctor gave me. I asked when do you think the missing med can be ready he said Monday. I asked him nicely if he can check where its available so I can go get it because I have very bad cash and I need all the meds. He disappeared and came back with a paper where he wrote the address of Alexandria CVS, and told me to go there. I went there and the pharmacist was surprised why Ive been sent to them because the missing med is in the shelf. The new pharmacist in CVS Target didnt bother himself to explain that to me!!!! Or even to give me a bag with all the meds I have in my hands, like the others do!

Can you please confirm with people trying to set appointments for vaccines and not tell them the last minute (when booked weeks in advanced) they arrive that you're out when every other CVS is booked? This could of been easily mitigated

Website says no appointment required, when you drive there they say you need appointment, its BS. Then they say why we didnt do enough vaccination I think this is why .
