Friend reviewed your store. Went to get a product from Ulta. (foundation) and the lady in the register started off very rude. she was no older than 20 and was a bit heavier set than others. Full face of makeup (white) Rewards bonus card and asked multiple my friend replied as she was very uncomfortable as saying no mutiple times. No means no. Fix your customer service The friend was with her boyfriend and the other customers were very judgemental of the associate and then they asked if she was going to stop asking if the rewards. because it was obviously strictly a no.

I had some blue highlights put into my dark brown hair and I loved the way it turned out. But after a few days the color was washing out. I called and spoke with the salon manager, she scheduled me with my favorite stylist Ana and fixed color. The color turned out beautifully. Thank you Ana and Ulta. Here it is September 25 2023 I went in to get my hair trimmed, just a half inch with my undercut cleaned up. The stylist who claims is a "master stylist" cut 4 inches off the entire back leaving my naturally curly hair in a bob shape and a hot mess. This actually a 3rd strike on Ulta, the stylist didn't listen, and before I knew what had happened, there was no point of return. I will be searching for a new salon and stylist that listens to her clients.

I was not approached or asked for assistance. Went home & ordered off their app. Wouldn't take coupon & my card wasn't there as a payment option. I called Ulta customer service and was advised it's an ongoing issue and to use a browser to log on. I asked because I couldn't use my Ulta card, I wasn't local but on vacation, could I still get points. He said no. I said what about the coupons that never ever seem to work. He said once shipped he would take the $10 off. Of course that never happened. I spend a lot of money at Ulta and I think I'm done. Sephora will send you gifts with your orders but Ulta won't even let you use their coupons on your purchases. There is really nothing Ulta has that Sephora doesn't. For me it was simply closer to my house but I will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to Sephora in the future.
