New Smiles Dental Family and Cosmetic Dentistry

Lets start off with the first issue. One of their dentists chipped one of my teeth during my cleaning. Next problem. Dr V told me I need veneers because my teeth were not pretty. Also, the lack of knowledge on genetic disorders and other health related disorders/issues is concerning with these dentists as well. Shame on this place.

Everyone hates the dentist right? Its so scary and nerve racking to have someone digging in your mouth lol. When I tell you they removed my wisdom tooth, literally I didnt even know it could go that smooth. With literally no pain!! Im so thankful to the doctors and her staff who are amazing from phone calls to sitting in the chair.

Im 50 and this was my first trip to the dentist for anything more than something cosmetic or a cleaning. Ive never even had a cavity. When I found out my front right tooth had a dead nerve and was causing an infection, I knew I had to have a root canal. I was extremely anxious about it, and figured it was going to be painful. Surprise! The dentist was so gentle that I didnt feel a thing. Literally, it was a non-event. I cant recommend this place highly enough. He also set me up with amoxicillin and some metronidazole to wipe out the infection. This place is great. I wont go anywhere else. Absolutely the best

Im a new patient or was. Has a appt on the 2/21/2023 got there they couldnt find any appt. But happy I had my appt card. Came for a cleaning instead got two hours of X-rays. So had to reschedule for cleaning. Went through a lot of craziness with that. I work till 2 and cant come in till after. I was scheduled 230 for Friday then got texted and emails it was then at 2 pm then 215pm then email 245 pm then called and was told they dont do appts after two because they close at 3. But their hours say 5 pm. So wasted a whole 2 hours and X-rays too now I have to find another dentist. So if you cant get in before 2 find another dentist. Im sure they are good dentist but I really dont know now. Update 6/26/23 After all of this I just this minute found in my EOB that Im charged for a root canal that didnt happen because I havent been back and all they did was a million X-rays. I see they cant find me in their system but had no issues billing my insurance for work they didnt do and leaving me with a huge bill. Just saw my eob and contacting my insurance on Monday for the scam.
