I regret to share my disappointment with the service provided by this hotel. Despite numerous attempts to resolve an overcharge issue of over $600, I have encountered a lack of professionalism and responsiveness from the management team. Despite my efforts to contact the general manager, I have consistently been met with excuses and no resolution. As a member of the military, it's especially concerning that the hotel's negligence could result in out-of-pocket expenses for GTCC overcharges. I urge fellow travelers, particularly those in the military, to exercise caution when considering this establishment.

The lady that works at night time can take her attitude out the door I was in to check in AFTER hours so I used the phone that you had to use when you get in.. when I picked up the phone she acted as if the door was open for any stranger to get in and then she sees me grabbing my stuff I put down and as Im trying to put down the phone she scream GO THROUGH THE DOOR.. Im a firm believer in karma so good luck cause youll definitely need it. Dont ever think to do that again

After a recent medical procedure, I was looking forward to checking in after traveling all day. I explained this to the front desk staff and they were far from empathetic. I asked if I could check in early and she said there is a $25 early check-in fee. I am not saying I am better than anyone, although as a Diamond member, I have never experienced this "fee," and there was no effort to assist in any way from the front desk.
