I've known Ted Butler for years. My cousin worked beside him for years and said he is one of the most respected attorneys in the area. I couldn't imagine using someone else if I needed legal representation.

Hire her now!! Nicole exceed all my expectations! She was extremely knowledgeable, was great with her responsiveness, hardworking, and straight forward. Thankful would be an understatement in having her representing me in court. She fought for me, she was fair and reasonable. Nicole got exactly what I wanted and what was best for my situation. I was blown away by her in court, she was a beast!! I would NOT want to be on the receiving end of Nicole ONeal!! In addition to Nicole doing amazing job, Julie and Mattie were very professional and responsive with any and all interactions.

We just concluded a 7 month child custody ordeal. At the conclusion of the trial and prior to the judge's ruling, I told Ted Butler that win, lose or draw, Butler Hodge and Moss was the very best firm we could have hooked up with and Nicole O'Neil was a Rock Star in court! Her grasp of the law, her ability to shift gears in court and her relentless pursuit of justice in the face of real disingenuous behavior by witnesses was just awesome to watch. I would not want to be in her cross-hairs in court. From Mattie at the front desk to Debra who kept the crew in line and was so compassionate, to Ted Butler and of course Nicole, this was the best team we could hope for. BTW, the judge later ruled in our favor!

Nicole ONeal is an amazing lawyer. Doing a custody case from states away and remotely was so nerve racking and scary. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. We got an outcome we desired solely due to her hard work and diligence on our case.

Mr. Butler slut shamed me and attempted to embarrass me in court during a custody hearing because I posed for Playboy in my early 20's. Meanwhile Miss October 2005 is an associate at his firm and showed up to our court pretrial hearings. I can look back on it all now and laugh but truly the misogyny of it all was just ridiculous at the time. He asked me on the stand how I would I explain my lifestyle to my daughter if her friends looked up old photos of me on the internet. I kept my composure and did not ask him the same about his clients looking up his associate. Hopefully he has shown her more respect for her career choices that he showed me. His client ended up owing me attorney fee's, increased child support, and less parenting time than he had to start with. He appealed and we settled out of court before our second go around because we literally spent half our child college tuition in legal fees and it was getting ridiculous. The moral of the story is, no one wins in child custody cases, including Mr. Butler, no matter how low you sink and set the bar. Have a fantastic day.
