Cant get help, workers look pissed all the time, no one comes to the counter to see if you need help unless you say excuse me really really loud, 3 people came in and its been 5 mins and still waiting when I posted this.

Stale pancakes. Disgusting. Why is it so difficult to find competent drive thru employees in Stafford? This is a brand new McDonald's, so I figured they would be putting their best face forward. But no, they have a guy working drive thru who has no clue what he's doing. Aren't you supposed to receive some kind of training before starting this job? When the line is nine cars deep is not the time to get on the job training.

This is hands down the worst McDonald's in the area, and that's really saying something. They have an employee working in the drive thru who is rude, obnoxious, and dismissive. How she hasn't been fired is baffling. The manager doesn't seem to care at all. Food is terrible, and not just because it's McDonald's. It's legit stale and probably expired.

Probably the worst service ever. Takes longer than a 5 star sit down, dine in restaurant. Literally ALL their employees are in the kitchen and drive thru. Don't take your order, don't make your order, don't talk to you they just don't do almost anything.
