Sediq was more than helpful with our carpet choice. Weren't sure what direction we wanted to go with the material, and he talked us through many options and what things to keep in mind with choice. Briefly after, set up an appointment for an estimate, and was able to do so that day! As for installation, the group installing the carpet was accurate and helpful as to what needed moved, and helped us understand a general plan before getting started. Would definitely recommend this for anyone who is thinking about carpet, and certainly a walk through of 'what's best for the price.' Thanks for all the help!

We had our carpet replaced in our entire house and Sediq was amazing from the very beginning. He helped us pick out the perfect carpet and the installation went quick and very efficient. Would highly recommend for your flooring needs.

We recently purchased a home in the area and wanted to do some flooring upgrades before moving in. We were looking to replace carpet in the family room with hardwood however, we wanted to blend it in to the existing hardwood throughout the house. We went to First American floors and sat with Mr. Kakar and he took us through various options available to us. He was able to visit the house and match the floors exactly to what was in the house. Carlos and his team were on time and very professional. They were able to seem in the new floor with the existing to make it look like it has been there since day one. We recently purchased flooring and carpet from First American Carpet and Floors in Stafford Marketplace. Sediq Kakar was fantastic to work with - he patiently guided us through the many options and helped us arrive at a selection that is perfect for our home. His installation teams were on time and finished the jobs quickly and skillfully. The prices are extremely competitive and the level of attention to detail is first rate. We will, without hesitation, return to First American Carpet and Floors for the multiple projects we have planned for the near future.

The best service available in this area. They were quick to return my call when requesting an estimate and were great to accommodate my schedule when doing the installation. The workers were very professional and work fast. I'll definitely use their services again in the future when I need new flooring.
