I went to this location because the hotel offered a swimming pool. Surprise, the filtration system was off, and the water quality was poor. Even though I arrived at 5 in the afternoon, they gave me a room that was still being cleaned. I was kind of surprised by both things, because my experience with IHG has been pretty good all the way through.

It was clean and comfortable. Service was great. Gym open 24 hours.

Great hotel in location and ease off and on to freeway. The breakfast foods are great, from hot cinnamon rolls,pancakes, and both bacon and sausage on most days to a variety of juices. Coffee, tea, and cocoa are available all day. For us, that was a great feature. The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and kind. We had 23 people and often times took up a lot of space for meal times and activities. There's a mall nearby with Walmart, retail stores and restaurants, an easy 10+ minute walk-depending where you go, although it's a circuitous route. Enjoy. Food & drinks: Nice convient store on same pad.

Have you ever smelled fart spray? That is how I would describe the smell of the extra pillows we were given. One of our two rooms had a terrible oder, I can't even describe the smell but they tried to say it was the couch , however our other room had a similar couch and didn't have the same nasty smell. Now the water pressure in one room was tolerable, however in room 227 I can tell you the water dripped out of the faucet. It was so bad I could not even wash my hair which isn't super thick or long. We called the front desk and they said THEY would do something but nothing changed! It was so bad the water was only coming out of half the holes on the shower head. Drip drip. The water pressure was fine in the sinks, just the shower was unacceptable. There was also long dark hairs in the bathroom and I even found one between the comforter and the sheet. So renter beware and be ready for disappointment. We did contact the front desk about the extra pillows ND they did bring them they just stunk like farts. We did contact the front desk about water pressure and nothing was done. We did contact front desk about smell of room 301 and nothing was done to remedy the issue.
