I need the senior technician that handled my service or the station manager to follow up with me regarding the incident, this requires immediate attention. I tried calling the station but its Thanksgiving Day and then received this email a few moments ago to rate the service, which is the only reason I am reaching out through this channel. This requires immediate attention so please contact me soonest. I verified my information at the time of service so that is information that should be used. I will continue to make contact to address the issue on my end as well, so long as my family permits. Thank you so much:

Maybe Im wrong but: How its possible? They cant do tire rotation My opinion that they are just too lazy to do that cheap work thats why they decided to say me that they cant

OMG they was VERY PROFESSIONAL & POLITE. They did my brakes, Rotors, and Calibers. As a woman Im ALWAYS scared of getting taken advantage ofbut NOT here! I felt so relieved with the work & pricing!!! THANK YOU Devin, Roger, Robert, Travis, and Benjamin!!
