Daniel with Real Property was very professional and attentive when I filed a maintenance request for our leaky plumbing. Very quick to respond to my concerns, and ultimately was able to schedule a plumber to fix the problem by the afternoon of the following day! Thanks for the help and quick results, Daniel!!

My husband and I have been with Real Property Mangement for two years and we are are very pleased with the service and response to any maintenance issues. Recently experienced a flooding basement late at night during the December rain storm, Arnold not only answered my call quickly he immediately coordinated plumbing and cleanup crews that stayed until 2am helping. During the following weeks that required a fair amount of drying and clean up work Arnold kept in constant contact regarding status and and work orders. It was great comfort to know he was throughly looking after the project and made sure all work was done timely and well.

Ive worked with Jen on the property management side and realtor side for 3 years now. Great communication, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Edwin has also been great. Microwave broke, he found it was under warranty and got the vendor out to fix it without any involvement from me. He also followed up and gave status updates. The cost of maintenance repairs or make ready repairs still give me sticker shock, but had the same experience on the neighborhood HOA so I guess thats just the DMV rates. Not Texas rates.
