Highly recommend One Home Improvement! They did a fantastic job cleaning, painting, and repairing our shutters as well as painting the foundation of our home. Oscar and his team did an *outstanding* job repainting my whole house and garage! He demonstrated the maximum attention to detail and high-quality workmanship that you hope to find, but often don't, when looking for a contractor for important home projects. I learned that he grew up in the contracting world, learning his skills while apprenticing in building restorations, and his approach clearly showed me the influence of that experience. He prepared surfaces thoroughly, applied high-grade paints with rollers and brushes (vs spraying), and as a matter of principle never took shortcuts to save costs or time at the expense of quality. As a result, my house looks great, and is protected by a truly professional weather barrier that will last a good long time. Oscar is a gem in the rocky contracting world and One Home Improvements tops my short list for home improvement work for the foreseeable future.
