Patio Project Review: They dont know how to estimate the project correctly. Asked for extra labor once started building and contract signed which I still agreed to pay thinking it might be genuine mistake. Also estimated extra materials which is lying around my house which was total waste of $$. Oh and they keep on begging for food for their workers and extra gas money which I still provided. When digging for building patio they cut my sprinkler wires. And now sprinkler system doesnt work. Cut wire is already exposed next to where they build. Sent pictures too. On calling and asking if they will have at least some decency and check out the issue they refuse to do so. Dont go with this company.

Working with City Light Construction has been a beyond exceptional experience. They did a total roof replacement at my home and were able to complete it it one day. Daniel as a true professional and communicated well with every detail of the project. They even offered a veteran discount. Great work and even better clean up. I couldn't tell they were ever there. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing exterior work on their home.

One of the best experiences working with a contractor. Daniel was absolutely awesome to work with. The communication was top tier!! I cant speak enough on his professionalism, transparency, and always quick to answer my questions. His team was very good as well. They respected and took care of my property from beginning to end of the project. My wood stamped concrete patio looks great!! When I told him I like to be different than the norm, he delivered. He offered suggestions, but made sure I made the decisions based on my budget, needs and desired look. I would 200% recommend!

The Manager of the company Daniel is extremely knowledgeable in roofing. He came highly recommended from my neighbors. He has already done a quite a few houses in my neighborhood. This gave my wife and a lot certainty in his business. Daniel did all of the paperwork/heavy lifting when it came to my insurance company to make sure my roof was fully replaced and I was given what my insurance company owed. I would highly recommend City Light Construction for your roofing repairs and replacements.
