        Well, to begin with, I am grateful for a refund as opposed to owing a debt. I feel I was left out of the process because methods and conclusions weren't explained to me. Maybe some folks don't care, that's why they pay to have their taxes prepared. I guess being the hands on person that I am .... Anyway, I am pleased with the results, would appreciate a little more details.
