Totally screwed up my delivery from Home Depot. I called them several times and they promised would be delivered the next day. It is over 10 days late now and I have been promised on different 4 times next day delivery. Still don't have delivery and I am only 20 minutes from their Stafford location...

My bathroom vanity has been in Norfolk, Virginia for nearly a week. It has been showing as enroute to delivery for days. I've made 3 calls to customer service and learned the trailer has not yet been opened. Very frustrating since when ordering Lowe's said it would be delivered 6 days ago. Estes will not give me a delivery date.

Driver was awesome. Company not so much. You don't give someone a delivery window of 10am to 1 pm and have the delivery show up at 7pm. I had to take the day off so they wouldn't leave the parcel sitting in my driveway and then they showed up well after when I would have gotten off work. Just be honest next time. I would have rathered a later drop off time anyway so I wouldn't have to miss work

Absolutely terrible. No communication. Delivered it on the wrong day. And my 75 inch TV was left outside , and to top it off left the box was standing on its side as opposed to right side up. This goes beyond incompetent a new level of idiocy. Seriously how can you be so bad at your job
