ABOID AVOID AVOID This dealership is a complete scam. They will tell you your loan term is X amount and then have you e sign everything. Afterwards, they will give you your paperwork that says your loan term is almost double and having you paying almost $27,000 for a 2013 with almost 145 thousand miles. do your research before being in business here, the BBB has 17 complaints against this dealership.

They scammed a friend of mine, they agreed on a price and once the papers were signed they realized it was for almost twice as much. They will say one thing to your face and draw up paperwork for something else. Unbelievable

AVOID AVOID AVOID If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. THEY SCAMMED A 21 Y/O first time car buyer. I have video proof if anyone needs it you can find it on my Facebook page. They told him it was a 3 year car term so he signed the contract and then when he got on his credit karma it said 5 years. You are better off using your walking legs than doing business with Alan or Lynnette. They tried to make him pay for a 2013 car with 145 thousand miles for a grand total of $26,914.13. Dont forget to add that they made his co-signer the primary buyer and had both e sign off everything so they could change the contract afterwards. David at Winchester Mitsubishi will get you right if you need a car. I have video proof of Alan stating the car was a 3 year loan. He then hangs up the phone call and sends a text cant talk right now so I call him on my phone and he immediately answers. A short while later calls back and says I never said that and that the car couldnt be returned not even 8 days after purchase. Always make sure to record your conversations with anyone at this dealership if you do decide you want to be scammed. I will make sure everyone knows how you did this poor kid. Also Lynnette, Alan threw you under the bus when he said Lynnette did your paperwork before he hung up the phone.
