        Double and triple check your appointments. Had an appointment for 6 months and went in today after receiving a confirmation text on Thursday for my Monday appointment only for them to say they dont have me in the system, but the system sends the confirmation texts. They said they couldnt take me. Wasted time and gas. Please do better.

        Had a partial denture made that broke 3 days later, tried to get an appointment to get it fixed but was given the run around. I called all locations and still not offered a solution. Fast forward a few months I got a bill in the mail for the denture that broke. I called to get an explanation of the bill and I was given the run around again. I talked to 4 different people and everyone one of them said they would call back and I never received a call back. Today I walked into the Virginia Beach office to get answers about my bill and the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional.This practice is substandard and only cares about money. I do not recommend anyone use this practice. Do not go to this practice ever.
