We have used Sundance Electrical couple of times to move in floor outlets, restore power, and install new outlets within the last one year. Both the times, they have been professional, honest, and humble. The team is extremely responsive. I don't have much experience with electrical companies, but I have found Sundance Electrical to be reasonable with their prices. Would recommend them in a heart beat! I would highly recommend this company!  Excellent customer service--they explained in great detail exactly what was needed.  Their scheduling was very flexible to fit in my schedule.  And the day they were to show up in an 8am-12pm window, were here and completely finished before 9:30am.

The guy that came to my home was great and he knew electrical. You can tell he was experienced. The issue I have is with companies that want to do business in this century but refuse to adapt. I wrote a check for the first time in 20 years from a credit card that I use and the credit card company declined the check stating it was fraud. It was so hard to pay them so I had use bill pay to submit them a check because they will only accept cash or check. Great service but. It for business professionals of this time. I would recommend them to empty nesters who retired back in 1990-2000.

I called these people to replace cable casing on wiring at tenant's townhouse. They said I should do it soon and they would need cash or check. I explained that I'm not near the location so they paid $70 permit with understanding I'd add that when I paid them. They went to property to do work but it rained so they didn't and we rescheduled for following week. Then two days before the rescheduled service they call and say I'm delinquent ($70) and say tenet needs to pay $730 by check. I gave the tenant a check which I took a picture of and sent. The technician showed up an hour late, walked in and out a couple of times and left, never asking tenant for the check. Then, of course they say the "tenant did not have payment in full."So, it's 20 days after initial contact and still no work done. These people are a nightmare. They only accept cash or check.
