        Malik and the store manager were both extremely knowledgeable and patient to switch over my work number from other carrier to AT&T on my family plan. Work phone to a new personal number so I could keep connected with my contacts as I move to my next career. Awesome store and people there to get things right.

        The main reason our ATT experience was so positive at the Warrenton VA store was due to customer rep, Alex. She's patient, knowledgeable and expertly helped us with transitioning to new phones - which for seniors, is usually a dreadful and tedious but necessary change. We prefer to only work with her for these reasons.

        My family and I showed up at the Warrenton, Va store almost 25 minutes till closing time. Malik greeted us with a smile, answered all of our questions, helped upgrade a phone, and adding a new line to our plan. Despite of keeping him late, he was friendly and helpful. I will continue to go back to this store and see him for all of our AT&T needs. Hands down the best experience we have had at any store front.
