Unpleasant Interview Experience and Unprofessional Behavior by Maria Pineda I recently had an interview experience with this company and I must say, it was far from pleasant. The way I was treated by Maria Pineda, the Client Delivery Manager at memoryBlue, was highly unprofessional and left a negative impression on me. I feel compelled to share my experience in this review. From the beginning, Maria's tone and demeanor were hostile towards me for no apparent reason. The turning point came when I was asked to describe an example of a time when I had to remain teachable. I provided an honest and thoughtful response, explaining how I strive to remain teachable in various aspects of my life. I mentioned instances involving my family members, cultural differences, and interactions with colleagues and professors. However, Maria seemed dissatisfied with my answer, which I can understand to some extent. Instead of trying to clarify or rephrase the question to allow for a different response, she repetitively asked the same question about 4 or 5 times, each time raising her voice. This aggressive line of questioning made me increasingly nervous and affected my ability to perform well during the remainder of the interview. It was disappointing to see that Maria did not take my experiences or efforts seriously. I expected a much more professional and respectful interview process from memoryBlue. Maria's behavior not only hindered my ability to perform but also demonstrated a lack of empathy and understanding toward potential candidates. I would caution others who are considering memoryBlue to be prepared for such unprofessional conduct during the interview process. In conclusion, based on my experience with Maria and the overall handling of the interview, I cannot recommend memoryBlue as a result of the unprofessional behavior I was forced to endure. Worst interview experience ever.

memoryBlue is one of the best places in the US to start your career as a software sales professional. The environment is extremely fast pace, and many young professionals might be disgruntled by that, which is probably the reason for the majority of the negative reviews. The training here will change your life, and the networking here will open doors you never thought possible. Its been years since I worked here, but was shocked at the 2.7 out of 5 stars. If youre looking to get into Tech sales, go work here, but expect to grind, there is absolutely no hiding at this place, your work will expose you eventually either positively or negatively.

Would not recommend them as a vendor. The AEs are great but have high turnover for good reason. The management team has unethical practices of billing unreasonable fees and bait and switching customers into consuming services they later over charge for.
