        While living at Blue Ridge Apartments, I noticed that my specific apartment I was struggling with a large amount of roaches. I believe that my neighbor was the individual who was bringing them in, but it is hard to know for sure. When reported about the large issue, Blue Ridge Apartments co. did not seem to prioritize my case. This happened on multiple occasions as well as just questioning my thoughts for upgrades and blatant ignorance. It is not worth putting this much money into a home when basic communication is not given. Definitely take a look at other choices in the area before going to this one!

        I showed up without an appointment and was presently surprised because the staff was very friendly and helpful despite my dropping in. They stopped what they were doing and gave me a tour that was very professional with plenty of time to take a good look around. The renovations are of good quality! Blue Ridge Apartments are top on my list.

        I love my home here. The staff at the office are professional and friendly. They are always willing to help with my requests. The maintenance staff are pretty cool guys and do an excellent job. I just signed a new lease for the next year.
