We had moved to Virginia and needed to get insurance for our vehicles. Tony was the agent that assisted us setting up the new policy. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The new policy was much less than the old one we had with basically the same coverage. Our experience was pleasant and low key, no pressure which is nice in today's world. 11/14/23 I called the Winchester Group today. My wife had passed away and I needed to remove her from our policy. They were sympathetic and very helpful in taking care of my request.

TWG is a great company to work with, but I have to say that Laura Cornwell is one of the top reasons it's such a great company. I have lots of requests throughout the year, and normally it's on a very tight timeline. Laura is always extremely fast and efficient for all my insurance needs. The most wonderful part....if I don't have the answers she needs to obtain the coverage that we need, she asks the questions and gets the answers without asking me to obtain additional information. Laura goes the extra mile and then some! TWG is fortunate to have such a wonderful employee.

The Winchester Group has always been very responsive to my questions about coverage and been right there for any needs during the claim process. This coupled with very good knowledge of the insurance products in the market make them the agency of choice in my mind!
