Drive-through took almost 30 minutes when I asked the teller if they could speed up the process because my son was feeling sick and had a situation in the car.. the answer I got was You have 3 people ahead of you Really Navy Federal?! How about Im sorry to hear that I will do my best to speed up the process but just wanted to let you know that they are a few customers ahead of yousounded better right..?! All Im saying is what a lack of empathy not to mention the poor customer service (the teller was a lady with black hair, glasses maybe, she looked Hispanic) anyway I expect a little more from Navy Federal customer service
