I purchased a used Volvo yesterday. Went in was immediately greeted by Megan. We got to talking and she told us that it was her 4th day and her first car sale! She was amazing and very sweet. She was very patient with us and answering all of our questions. I dont usually leave reviews but wanted to give her credit because she made our experience amazing!

We don't normally use a dealer for service, but our mechanic was on vacation and we needed our car back quickly for a trip. I thought, "Who better than a dealer's service department to be quick and effective with a simple matter like a wiper motor?" They did fix it, effectively, but it took 16 days. I called and texted regularly, but the service manager was usually with a customer and sometimes didn't return my calls for updates until I had called several times. While they promised to give regular updates online, they weren't forthcoming. The one kind and positive thing (other than fixing the problem) was a loaner car for our daughter to drive on the trip. We really appreciated that. However, in terms of communication and time to fix the problem, I'm afraid I must give a failing grade.

Wanted to send a quick note of appreciation. I was traveling home to Philly from Upperville, VA and on my way the dashboard of my 2020 V60 started giving me various (And scary) warnings around the braking system etc. Luckily, I was headed towards 81N and found my way to your dealership. When I pulled into the service area, without hesitation, Nick Walker greeted me and was beyond helpful. He had a technician look at the car and within 90 minutes had me back on the road headed home with the car fully repaired. I have owned 5 Volvos (S40, C70, XC70, 2 V60s) in the past 20 years, and worked with various dealerships in PA, Florida and NJ but I have never been as impressed with the service at any of these dealers as received yesterday at your dealership. Nick and technician made what was a potentially a very stressful situation disappear and I cant thank them enough. You should be very proud of the people who work for you and the outstanding customer service they provide.
