    Very disappointed. Spent several hundred dollars to have carpets, two area rugs and several pieces of furniture cleaned. Was serviced by the Winchester location. The technicians that came to my house were Ryan and Austin. There were several issues with the actual work - 1) Despite me having confirmed when I scheduled the service that they would move furniture (I was told they would move everything except beds with headboards and dressers with mirrors attached), absolutely NOTHING was moved. 2) When they cleaned the area rugs, they did not clean up any of the residual water that was left behind all around the edges of the rug on my hardwood floors. I had to clean it myself after they left. 3) They only spot-cleaned the upholstery, rather than cleaning the entire sofa because half of the sofa was still bone dry after they left - and because I watched one of them clean one of my sofas and he didn't do the whole thing. 4) They did not pull enough water out of the carpet in one of the bedrooms. It was left sopping wet, and took over two days to dry fully, leaving the room damp and humid. Aside from the service issues, one of the technicians made a terribly inappropriate comment which made me uncomfortable and then was asking me specific questions about things I may have in my house that were of no concern to him. I did complete the survey that was sent to indicate I was not happy with my service (it gave me a thumbs up or thumbs down option) and was contacted by Adam at the local office who wanted to "fix" it - but after a few phone calls back and forth, he was going to "talk to his partner" and get back to me, but has failed to do so. I would not recommend this service.
