Jesse was very helpful correcting my pc issues. He solved my desktop problems quite competently and confidently, and I had my pc back within a day. I was so happy to have a pc running smoothly again I took my laptop in also to be cleaned up and have memory added. Both work wonderfully and I can finally get some work done again!

Took my laptop to Jesse due to being unable to turn on the device. Within 24 hours, he contacted me with his impression of the cause of the boot up failure. He gave me the option of pursuing a repair, but also gave me his opinion that it may not be worthwhile to repair my device given the cost of repair needed. I appreciated his honest opinion. I elected not to pursue the repair and he back up my data. His diagnostic and data backup fee were reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use ComputerPRO in the future.

A million percent recommended! Jesse was able to fix my Hp stream 11 after it would not reboot in just a few hours. Price is very fair and will be recommending for anyone who needs their computer repaired.
