They were very busy but staff was extremely helpful especially the girl with the goth vibes. (She does makeup I believe she had all her brushes and such on her hip in a bag.) I wish I got her name she was very helpful and helped me find items I was looking for and even went and grabbed me a basket! Perfect

Definitely check and make sure you are getting a benefit brow wax before you book your apt. I made an apt for eyebrow wax thinking it was with benefit brow bar (like I have many times before) just to get there and find out its in the salon with my head in the hair wash station getting a wax I could have easily gotten from a nail salon for $10 but instead paid $27. Not worth it at all.

I was a little intimidated going in, as I typically order online and my makeup brand was discontinued so I was feeling overwhelmed with options and not sure where to begin. Claudia spent almost an hour with me, made me feel completely at ease, taught me some new things about what I needed, what pallettes were good for me, and she just made the whole experience easy and even fun! I went from being ready to turn around and walk out to feeling confdent and knowledgeable in under an hour. Claudia is really the best I can't wait to go back and have her help me test out new looks!

Actually disappointing. I researched it's inventory for at- store purchases, but when I got there, it was under stocked and rather over priced. No staff on floor to assist and cashiers had no clue on inventory availability.
