First off, front desk and breakfast gals were phenomenal. Location is perfect with fuel and many food options close by. However, one of the worst housekeeping situations I've ever dealt with. I stayed 2 weeks with 20 people and 11 rooms. My sheets were never changed. Same smudge on the pillow and blankets pulled up over my balled up sheet. The pile of dirt I hand swept in the bathroom from my boots only grew bigger as our stay went on. My issues were echoed by all other rooms I rented. With a third week left we checked out for a different hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel in 2018, 2019 and this past week. Me and my family stayed here and booked two suites for the last week in March for 6 days. The pros : swimming pool was good, conveniently located, the morning breakfast options and to go bags very helpful. Cons: the staff for the evening shift (after 5) was not friendly at all, and at times just basic greetings and interactions were met with lots of attitude. House keeping never came to our rooms once. I had to request and pick up my own toilet paper, towels, and empty my own trash cans. Our family members room was cleaned once and they made the bed with sheets that had stains all over them. When my family member brought the sheet down to the evening staff the staff member got defensive saying she didn't know who cleaned the room and just handed my family member another sheet and when back to the back office. The room itself was barely cleaned when we check in, the toilet seat was broken, mold stains on the ceiling, and hair all over the room. The attention and care has significantly gone down hill and this will be our last time staying here.
