Recently, I had the honor of working with Virginia Carolina Home during my home buying process and their guidance and expertise were invaluable. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping me find my ideal home. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and were always available to answer my questions and offer helpful advice. Their knowledge of the local real estate market and home buying process was vast, enabling them to guide me through each step with ease and assurance. Their meticulous attention to detail and dedication to excellence were evident throughout the process, leaving me feeling secure that I was in excellent hands at each turn. They diligently searched for properties that met my criteria, providing invaluable insights on each home we visited. My only suggestion for improvement would be having more frequent communications throughout the process. While everyone was always responsive and available when I had questions, it would've been nice to receive regular updates on our search progress and any new properties that became available. Overall, Virginia Carolina Home has far exceeded my expectations as a reliable, knowledgeable, and professional team to guide them through the home buying process. They truly exceeded mine and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again in the future."

Be aware, moved in about 10 months ago, no craftsmanship or care. Said they would come back but havent heard anything. After finding beer cans in the insulation upstairs they are not welcome back. (7) cans. Several integrity violations totally made the buying of the house untrustable. Asked for simple things like registers and missing globe and couldnt get that. Absolutely no respect for the buyer. Never completed a walk through with us. Given a paper and told to fill it out is not how a costumer should be treated buying a house so I am fixing the problems myself. Leaky roof x 3, electrical wire cut by jack/outlets dont work, most vents concreted together etc. they never showed to closing and told me I couldnt get the keys until the money cleared. Couldnt lock the doors for 9 days. Anybody knows if you are at closing your money is good. Save yourself the trouble and money and keep moving on.

Only 4 homes to show. Spread out all over the lot. Looks like it is going out of business. Trash all over the gravel parking lot. Keep on driving past this place
