Definitely recommend! My first visit, I realized how injured I truly was, and with guidance and small exercises, I began to feel better that week. The staff is great! They're kind and gentle (yet firm), and have great bedside manner. Chris is good at lightening the mood, which is important for me because being injured is scary. When I'm relaxed, it's a lot easier to do the exercise (which helps me heal faster) and reduces my anxiety (which also helps me heal faster). Glad I came here

Since day 1 of my knee replacement surgery, Benchmark/Tammy, Amanda and all staff have been wonderful working with me. I have 3 days of therapy a week and have been showing progress and confidence each time I leave therapy. Thank you again Benchmark therapy for all you do to help us to get back on our feet again and feel good about ourselves
