I suggest you not use this group. My employer used Lynn Poole Tax Service (bought by Valerie something). They would not give the Payroll Data to the owner so an actual CPA from Falls Church hired to clean up the books was late filing W2's. I saw a video of this group's employees calling my boss names when she came to collect her Payroll Data, which my boss owns & these people are legal required to hand over.

I've used this tax service for just about everything over the past 40 years, from individual tax returns, to corporate tax returns, and monthly bookkeeping. Always top notch service and accuracy! I highly recommend this business for any accounting and/or tax service you would need.

I have had a disturbing experience at this place of business. I am an upper bracket business person (of my own making). I was simply seeking a reasonable and reliable tax service in Winchester. I did my research and made calls in AUGUST of 2022. I spoke directly to the owner of this business who came across as knowledgeable and sincere. I asked for a light review of last years returns before I made a commitment to their services. They would not accept an electronic version of my returns, so I provided the original return in early OCTOBER. I followed up with a phone call SIX times to see if they had taken a look at my returns and the particular schedules filed etc.. Each time I was assured by the secretary that my message would be delivered and that Valerie would be back in touch with me that day or the following day. Now, in MARCH, 5 months later with still no response, I called again, and was now told that Tony was going to do my taxes, and that he now had my last years returns. What??? He was now the one who would look over my returns and get back to me the following day. Talk about being brushed aside! Of course, he didnt get back to me either ! Additionally, Valerie was going to get me set up with a new business license, and send me the papers to fill it out in December or January. This also never happened. So, today, I went back in person to collect my last years returns. I heard a long list of personal issues as excuses. I responded with my own list of personal challenges, and the fact that during my extreme life challenges I never missed a day of work. And lets face it, given 5 months to make a 10 or 15 minute filing review to gain a potentially lucrative client is an easy task to perform. They just didnt bother to do it. They did not have time for my business. This is the epitome of incompetence and poor business management and I am being VERY nice . Steer clear of this business. I would not trust them to complete anything in a timely fashion. As I left their office I held up my neatly packaged last years returns snd said, Never opened. I could tell that the seal had not been broken
