I contacted this firm to do taxes . One of the accountants told me to email my last years taxes to him. The email address he provided was incorrect. I got the correct one (from the web site) and sent the taxes to him. When he did not respond for more than 30 days, I emailed him again and left a voice mail requesting a call back. No response. I called the owner of the firm. No response. Was happy to find out early how they do business so I could get someone else.
