        I had a HORRIBLE experience at one life when I picked up my toddler at the childcare and found him with a black eye. They said he fell? Didn't notify me when the incident happened. I was scared to try out another fitness center. However, I couldn't be happier! I couldn't rave more about this place, child care is great, pool, front desk are friendly, and the people who work there actually care. Compared to one life, I'm so glad I made the switch.

        Really enjoy this gym. The environment is respectful, and the staff are super friendly and helpful! A little bit of a sidebar but in my experience, most women are dressed modestly when they work out - which is a breath of fresh air.

        PT initial encounter with Beth: she was professional and thorough in her assessment of my range of motion. Before surgery Cait was my physical therapist and was also very effective.
