        I have used K T Sterling before with great service. I don't know what happened this time. I sent a request in for service of my AC over 2 weeks ago and then called the next day to make sure they received the request and put me on the schedule. It's been over two weeks and I haven't heard back or received a call. Service: HVAC system maintenance
