Dr. Reid and her team are caring and professional. They are quick to respond to inquiries, very knowledgeable, and made us feel very confident that they would take care of our dog. Dr. Reid did an endoscopy on our Akita, gave us thorough notes and pictures for our regular vet, explained everything to us in terms we could understand, answered questions, and offered us several paths we could take with the diagnosis but did not pressure us into any one of them. We left feeling very confident that we could make good decisions for our dog. I highly recommend this team.
