Sara is an absolute gem! She is warm and welcoming, and completely follows your lead as the client to create the perfect massage experience. The room is cozy and comfortable, and I loved the added bonus of the warm towels and eye pad as part of the service. Her pressure was perfect, and she made sure to check in and make any necessary adjustments. I walked out much happier and less stressed than when I came in. Will be a repeat client for sure!!

There are good massages and then there are excellent massages; I would rate my massage given by Sara excellent! I had a sore neck and upper back and she was able to release those tense and knotted areas. The rest of the day I physically felt light and relaxed and was ready to start my work week feeling great. I highly recommend Sara at Ebb and Flow Massage!

Sara has magical hands that ease the aches and pains and make you melt like butter. She puts her heart, body and soul in to her work and truly cares about all of her clients. 10/10 would recommend.
