        Extremely dissatisfied with this dentistry's exclusionary policies. Refusing state insurance for children from low-income families is unacceptable. Denying kids essential dental care based on their insurance is downright unfair and unjust. EDIT: See hilarious response from dentist below. Its quite impractical to limit dental care to children under six because thats precisely when their primary teeth are still developing. Kids start getting their adult teeth around age six and continue into their early teens. Dental care is essential during these formative years to prevent issues and set the foundation for healthy oral hygiene practices. Focusing solely on kids under six overlooks a critical window for dental intervention and guidance.

        We visited the Milestone Kids Smokey Point location for our 2 year old sons first dentist visit today. The facility was adorable for kids, immaculate, and very entertaining for a busy toddler. The staff were all professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Our son was born at 27 weeks and Dr Thomas took the time to explain to me any issues or complications that can arise with preemies and I learned a lot of helpful tips and tricks for the future. Overall a great experience! We are so excited to have an amazing pediatric dentist so close to our home.

      It’s our mission to help all kiddos from all walks of life. We do accept state insurance for New Patients for kiddo’s up to age 6. We do have a short wait list for those ages 6 and under at this time. We believe strongly in doing everything we can to help provide care to as many families as we can, we encourage more providers to partner with us in this endeavor. We strongly advocate for excellent care for all kiddos and believe we do our best to play a large roll in this endeavor. We are sorry to hear your dissatisfaction with our practice and we hope to be able to help more families in the future, the heart of our practice is caring for kiddo’s and we all do the best we can with the resources we have available to us and the limitations our state insurance imposes.
